New book on the top Hungarian Ju 88 pilot and his units

Gentlemen,

My book on the most successful Hungarian Ju 88 pilot First Lieutenant Kornél Majoros was released in Hungary 2 weeks ago or so. There will be an English edition and maybe another language version as well.

Kornél Majoros flew 210 combat sorties on the Ju 88 over the Eastern Front in 1943-44 and some more on the Me 210 type in November, 1944 prior he was shot down and killed on that type on 28 November, 1944.

The book contains not just his life, but also the detailed hisstory of his Ju 88 bomber squadron over the Eastern Front (the 3/1. Bomber Squadron). Packed with unpublished details, it even contains his full war diary from 1943. Around 140 illustrations, many of them unpublished.

This is the link for the webshop of the Hungarian publisher (I am not sure how it works from abroad):

And here is a video about the opening ceremony of the renovated and corrected graves of Majoros and his gunner from 2012 (which were in a pretty bad shape and the name of the gunner and also the date were erroneous, I corrected them from my research and also initiated the renovating and correcting process). During the ceremony, I presented his life and achievements (English subtitles are available):

I will inform you about the progress of the English edition (will discuss the details with the publisher still in October).

An English version of this book would be very interesting! Looking forward to it!

I'll second that. New Kampfgeschwader biographies and unit histories are always welcome.
