The SHAA didn't exist anymore officialy. All historical services of the 3 arms fusionned last year and the SHAT, SHAA and SHM became departments of the new Service Historique.
The physical adress didn't change: Service historique de la Défense Château de Vincennes Avenue de Paris 94300 VINCENNES The postal adress change: Service historique de la Défense département de l'armée de l'Air Château de Vincennes BP 110 00481 ARMEES And there is an e-mail: archives@shaa.claranet.fr By the way, I hope to there next week if my job is allowing, so maybe I can help you.
