The color photos are interesting, the crashed Me 109 and the Hs 126.

Second misc. shows a Go 145 with a closed cabin possibly from a blind flying school.

In case some did not notice, the color photo of the 109F is shown reversed.

As for the second, it is an F-2 from JG 54.

Hello,

Just to contribute a little bit more to the second Bf109. It's a F-2 bulit by Arado around 07.41., WNr.9637, coded TW+WC.

The same image of this Go145, coded RC+GY, appears on page 222 of "Die Flugzeugfuhrer-Ausbildung der Deutschen Luftwaffe 1935-45" Band I by Carlsen & Meyer... It appears that the flying school emblem on this Go145 was also used by types operated by Sch/FAR 32 and FFS A/B 32...

cheers

Does anyone know what unit that B-17 was assigned to? Have a few friends who were '17 pilots.

This appears to be 42-37941 "Lucky Lady". MIA Warnemunde 9/4/44. It was from the 452nd Bomb Group, 728th Bomb Squad. MACR 3784.
