Re: MOSQUITO Serial numbers/letters 1944
Hi Brian - I'd be very interested in finding out the code letters for 219's Mk XXX Mosquito MM792 if you ever come across them. This a/c was flown by W/C Peter Green/Doug Oxby, and was involved in a long list of interceptions and night combats. By March 1945 it had been involved in the destruction of eight enemy aircraft !
