This aircraft was hit during its mission and came down 450 Meters WNW of the little hamlit of Rom, which is a part of the village of Mürlenbach, County Daun, Germany. The German grid-coordinates of the crash were: 25 4770 East 55 5880 North Reference is here the German Katastrial System "Gauss-Krüger" in the Scale 1:100.000. You may find more information in the the German reports: - AV 1874/45 and - D.L. 69/168 which are located at The National Archives. All the best ! Horst Weber
