Jim,
I have just looked at buying a copy of that CD on e-bay and Googled the title to see some further details and found this forum. From what you are saying the first thing you need to do is contact e-bay and report the item number and tell them your position,I'm pretty sure they will at least remove it and stop him profiting any further. Go to the e-bay homepage and click site map,find Safety Centre,and click Report A Problem on the right hand side.You'll need to be a member of e-bay but if you are not already it doesn't take long. They are really tightening up on copys and counterfeits etc. Hope this helps!
