David Metzler was one of the 65Sqn losses on this date he is buried at Arnhem-Oosterbeek.

17-09-1944
David Metzler crashed at Wehl, recovered after the war!(1946)
F/O Slee crashed at Braamt, buried at Zeddam
Uffz Lang, 7./JG 6 crashed at Drempt 17.00h
Uffz Reuter, 6./JG 6 crashed at Wehl
Braamt, Wehl and Drempt are small villages near Doetinchen in the East of The Netherlands.
