409 didn't show up in England until Mar 44
410 didn't show up in England until April 44
416 didn't show up in England until Feb 44

so don't think any of them flew a major raid in Dec of 43

According to '2 Group RAF' on the 2nd December 1943 the following aircraft took part in Ramrod 111;

11x Boston (88 Sqn)
12x Mitchell (98 Sqn)
13x Boston (107 Sqn)
6x Mitchell (180 Sqn)

The target was Martinvast (south of Cherbourg).

Must have missed that on the web site, I only saw

'In 1943 they moved to the United Kingdom with their headquarters at R.A.F Burtonwood, England '

but then USA aircraft aren't my area.
