Craven and Cate Volume 2

Hi,
Does anybody know if there is a downloadable Craven and Cate, The Army Air Forces in World War II: Europe--Torch to Pointblank. This is Volume 2. I have gone all over the web and while I can find vols 3-4 etc, I cannot find vol. 2.

Is Google letting me down or am I just being dumb? Any help would surely be appreciated.
