Hi Nick,

indeed interesting. Without a doubt the "Meitner" mentioned in the report is Fhr. Klaus Meixner of 12./JG 54 who belly-landed sout east of Kirchhellen. Oblt. Dortenmann landed in Kirchhellen. See also page 180 of our book.

If you find more references to Bodenplatte, just post them here or send me an e-mail!
