Czeckoslovakian Wellington
Hi,
Can anyone tell me what became of the Czeckoslovakian Wellington that was used in the film The Sky Raiders ? As no Wellingtons were available the film makers built a Wellington out of an Russian Li-2. This was in 1968/9. What became of this remarkable hybrid after the filming was done ? Perhaps those in the Airshow World could convert a DC-3 to the same specs today and we could again see the Wellington airborne in form. Alex
