looks like it is from the same series as a photo on page 27 of Luftwaffe im Focus No 4 - this identifies the right hand emblem on the board as being "the red Devil in Chains" emblem of 1./KGr 806.
This photo series relates to Lt Werner Tronicke and crew completing the units 2000th combat sortie on 11 May 1942 at Catania.

I believe later copies of the LimF carried further explanations of the emblems significance.
