Hi Bart,
I don't have any information but a decent image of Lancelot Bowler by cartoonist Amies Milner that I hope you will enjoy. It is dated 1937 and the copy was given to me by my good friend Laurie Chester. Unfortunately I am unable to post it here for some reason. If you pm me I will email it to you.
