Hello Bart,

Thank you for your understanding and YES the fact that he is in the ANZAC Cemetery led me in that thought.

Good to know that Linney was a safe "Caterpillar" twice over .

Madore must be the correct name of this 242 Sqdn pilot lost in P2730 on the 23rd.

By the way can you refresh my memory as to how many a/c would be in a "Flight" in the 1940's as 242 sent a flight on the 13th according to RAF Commands site.
