Hello Graham,

According to the number (Sach-Nr 109 657-002) on the plate, it belonged to the right engine mount (german: Biegungsträger rechts vollst.) of a Messerschmitt Bf109 Gustav.

The part was produced by Messerschmitt in Regensburg (producton code "bop")
