14.5.1940 bomb raids between Brussels-Louvain, Belgium
Hello,
Somewhere between 0800 hrs and 1200 hrs in the morning of May 14th 1940 the main roads between Brussels and Louvain (Leuven) were bombed by German aircraft (sometimes a nearby village center was bombed). I’m very interested to learn which Kampfgeschwader(n), Lehrgeschwader(n) or Sturzkampfgeschwader(n) participated in these attacks on and along these roads. The two main roads between Brussels and Louvain are : N2 Brussels -Louvain (Brussel-Leuven) N3 Tervueren -Louvain (Tervuren-Leuven) Any information or clue would be much appreciated Thanks Dirk
