Hi,
Oscillating light may have different effects depending on the frequency. If one is suffering from epilepsy, an attack make be provoked, if the right frequency is used. Another commonly known effect is Flicker Vertigo, the symptoms being nausea, dizziness or even unconsciousness. That is one reason why propeller blades were painted black on the rear. These tanks would have been very effective weapons. SES |
