Perhaps they are considered oldies but:
Red Phoenix The Rise of Soviet Air Power 1941-1945 Von Hardesty and The Soviet Air Force in World War II The Official History Edited by Ray Wagner IF you are able to read German than you can get biographies from Pokryshkin and Worosheykin, former DDR publications. Pokryshkin's autobiography is a classic IMHO.
