OPS (F) missing (100%) unk location (Scapa Flow) belived shot down by <enemy> fighters [was hit in one engine by two RN/FAA Grumman Martlet Mk.I fighters of 804 SQ (flown by Lt. L.V. Carter and Sub/Lt. Parke, from Hatston Airfield) and crash landed in bog at Flotterstone, near Loch Skail <´Loch Skaie´>, Sandwick, the Orkneys] 25.12.1940 (F Lt. Karl Schipp, B Fw. Heinr. Schreiber, BF Uffz. Joh. Spörtl and BS Obgefr.
