Osprey has just published Soviet MiG-15 Aces of the Korean War, which I suggest is probably recommended reading to most enthusiasts, but it does not mention this combat.

It does list Shchukin with 15 victories: 1 Mustang, 2 Meteors, 2 F-80s, 5 F-84s and 5 F-86s.
