just one small correction , though.
that is not a P-39 , it is a P-63 Kingcobra.

Actually, it is a P-39 with a Kingcobra lower tail. That's the reason for the comment I wrote: "beachte das Heck!" which means "check out the tail!".

pilot: Also cool, thx. The La-9 was not there in spring, the Pe-2 is outside now as well as the (bad) MiG3-mockup. But the IL-2, the Yak9 and the La-7 are inside with a Po-2.

It's just a bit sad that all newly-painted A/C's are so ugly... but nevertheless, their dimensions and to see them at all is stunning

I did not know that Monino had one.(where has it been 'hiding' all these years)

I agree with you on those colors.
industrial blue and industrial green...they make we want to vomit.
especially seeing as they must have some really good references and paint samples to correctly camoflage these aircraft.
