Hello BigWeeker
Many thanks for your information. It is my understanding that II./ZG 26 claimed three B-17 four-engined bombers and lost only one Me 410 that day. Do you have any idea if 5205N 1040E/0940E is near Nordhausen where Tratt and Gillert were shot down and killed? Furthermore, do you know if any other gunners claimed a twin-engined fighter that day?
