Hello,

Lt. Frank A Green 405FG crashed on November 8 1944.
His P-47 42-26239 crashed near Metz-France ?
If you can help with more details, please let me know...

You may gain more information in Luftgaukommando report # J-2487.

It says: "8 Nov 44 Thunderbolt SW. of Metz J 2487

Maybe, it's your man that day, but the report is not attached to the MACR, but in my catalogue.

It's again a case for NARA.
