The archives of the Red Cross gave just after the war the village of Vellennes (Oise) where the Mustang of Horbaczewski crashed. Bertrand

If it is any help, he is buried in a CWGC grave at Creil Communal Cemetery. S/Ldr Eugeniusz P Horbaczewski, DSO,DFC, P2198, PAF. age 26. D 18/8/44. Grave- Plot 1, Grave379 This comes from a list I have giving non-Commonwealth Airmen for whose memorials and Graves CWGC is responsible Regards Dick Last edited by Ex Shack; 11th November 2008 at 15:30.
