I'm sad to hear that. He was a very colourful character - as many of that era seemed to be. And being 'one of the few' makes him extra special.

He appears several times in the series 'Hunters In The Sky' and also in 'Clash Of Wings'. Frightfully British, and very down to earth fellow.
