Re: Air Cdr Peter Brothers

We celebrated Air Commodore Peter Brothers funeral today. It was attended by family, friends and former pilots from the Battle of Britain and the Eulogy given by his son in law was first class.

The crowning moment, following the service, was a fly past by a single Spitfire. A fantatstic send off for a great pilot, an emplerary officer and a role model for subsequent generations.

Here's to one of the last of the few. Rest in peace Sir!

David.
