Re: He-111 L1+FT help information

Hi,

could it be He 111H bomber, which was lost on bombing sortie in the night of 10/11.09.39?

Uffz. Werner Henschke (BO) KIA
Uffz. Helmut Richter (FF) Interned in Riga
Uffz. Max Lueck (BF) KIA
Uffz. Ernst Wischkoni (BS) KIA

They were sent off to bomb Warszawa but probably lost bearings (or were hit by Flak) and didn`t return.
Could you give me your source?

Regards

Robert

Re: He-111 L1+FT help information

Hi,

but why three KIA? It seems to be rather perfectly belly-landing! Perhaps not this plane? (although according to plane`s markings and narrow fuselage cross it`s 1939).

Regards

Robert

I see now. I made mistake they were all interned!
Now everything is OK! Thanks for the photo. Perhaps you can send me a hi-resolution scan?

Regards

Robert
