Actually, that aircraft is from 3./JG51, Staffel 3 of I./JG51. The skeleton hand is the marking of 3./JG51 while the shield is that of I./JG51.
The aircraft must be an E-3 as it's to early for an E-4 but it's equipped with cannon. The camopattern worn by this aircraft disapperaed from late 1939 to early 1940 so that should help date the photo somewhat. (I don't think that 3./JG51 used that emblem much longer than that either by the way.) Cheers! / Anders
