If the man was flying in a unit at Fliegerhorst Leeuwarden in January 1944, I see only two possibilities: - IV./NJG 1 if he was operational. - Fliegerhorst Kommandantur A 203/VI, or one of the groundunits, for fun or liaison. I do not think he was a part of IV./NJG 1. The name is unfamiliar to me. See the work of Ab Jansen. So the biggest possibility is that he was one the persons in the Stab of the Fliegerhorst Kommandantur or he belongued to one of groundunits on or around the airfield.
