Thanks for the interest. Actually, my new book is a biography of Bill Vale DFC, who flew with 80 Squadron during the Greece campaign, and was second only to Pat Pattle regarding number of claims. You probably know this, anyway. Owing to the lack of 'a personal account' (Bill was killed in a car crash in 1981) I have relied on placing Bill in an account of 80 Squadron's activities, using original and 'new' information. Bill was quite a character and deserves a biography. Perhaps you'll acquire a copy in due course! Due out circa October. Cheers Brian
