Ryschkowo = Ryshkovo. Only three of them are listed in a Gazetteer of 3,000,000 place names, and these are:

Ryschkovo #1: 67.5 km NW of Kursk;
Ryschkovo #2: 99.3 km due north of Smolensk;
Ryschkovo #3: 7.4 km S of Kursk along a main rail line.

Since NAGr. 4 was operating along the Kursk sector on 8 June, your Ryshkovo is either #1 or #3, with #3 being the most probable.
