Re: POW Camp in Germany
DuLag Oberursel should be o.k. DuLag means "Durchgangslager" which significates only a transit stay until distributed to other POW camps.
As POW camp for Feb´45 there are several possibilties within Wehrkreis XIII - Nürnberg - OfLag XIII B and StaLag XIII C at Hammelburg - OfLag XIII D at Nürnberg-Langwasser - StaLag XIII A at Sulzbach - StaLag XIII B at Weiden - StaLag XIII D at Nürnberg (OfLag "Offizierslager"= camp for officers, StaLag "Stammlager" = camp for enlisted men and NCOs) and for civil persons - ILag XIII at Wülzburg/Weissenburg (ILag "Internierungslager" = internment camp) All camps are within 100 km from Nuremberg and within the timeframe.
