Hi,
In order to give a quick reference to these sort of questions this Sticky was created: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=7471 it does have references and links to the LUMA Guide and the LUMA converter. The positions you mention are given in in pre 1943 system and can easily be converted to lat/long using the LUMA converter. bregds SES |

Your locations identify the area as being in the Zusatzzahlgebiet 34, the N indicating the Northern half of this Zusatzzahlgebiet. The corners of this Zusatzzahlgebiet is given by: Northwest: 49 degrees northern latitude and 30 degrees eastern longitude Northeast: 49 degrees northern latitude and 40 degrees eastern longitude Southwest: 44 degrees northern latitude and 30 degrees eastern longitude Southeast: 44 degrees northern latitude and 40 degrees eastern longitude I will make a preprinted pdf file for the area for you and add to this thread. Ahhh... but I have seen the holy grail! And it is painted RLM 76 all over with a large Mickey Mouse on the side, there is a familiar pilot in front of it and it has an Erla Haube! |
