Re: Various RAF aircraft crashes 1940-42

Hi Paul

Again my sincere thanks for your help - definately a Mention in Despatches for you!!

Just two outstanding:

23 October 1940: Anson N5245 on night nav flight hit ballon cable and crashed into a house in Southampton. One killed. Not sure if member of crew of resident of house.

28 March 1942: Master DK973 from RAF Cranwell collided with Lancaster; Lancaster crew killed, so assume Master pilot/crew also killed. Any ideas?

Cheers
Brian
