Also a interview of one eye witness to the chrash and he tell the story like this:

He observes 3 planes coming when one plane suddenly got a engine stop and drops out of the formation. Right before the plane hit the sea the pilot lift the front and make a controlled ditching.
His mother and younger brother take a boat out to the crash sceen and pick up the pilot.
The pilot of the plane is believed to be Gunter Seraphim.
