From the book. page 129. B17F-35-DL 42-3214 "BO-F" 306th BG/368th BS P. + Lt. Maxwell V. Judas CP. *2Lt. Frank R. Arrison jr N. + 2Lt. James O. Cummings B. * 1Lt. Foster G. Daniels E. + T/Sgt. Leland J. Kessler RO. + T/Sgt. Joseph R. Graziano BTG. *S/Sgt. Roy LeBlanch WG. +S/Sgt. Elwood H. Brotzman WG. +S/Sgt. Gerald Stroud TG. +S/Sgt. John R. Geimer MACR. 16173 T/O Thurleigh, assigned target Wilhelmshaven U/Y. Lost to fighter attack on bomb run, crashed near Canarienhausen/Waddewarden near Emden, Germany. The B and BTG were buried in Wittmund Cemetery, the body of Lt.Arrison was recovered from the crash site some years after the war. 3 KIA 7 POW . Thats it. All the best Alex |
