Thanks to Trevor for his prompt replies to my emails. We're back now from the Christmas holidays and I just placed my order via PayPal.
An aside for those like me who do a lot of online purchasing: I just happened to notice on *my* email copy of the PayPal receipt that my US state and zip code were omitted from my shipping address!! First time that's happened. Just checked my settings and all seems OK there. Anyway, a heads up to all - and I sent Trevor a further email with my complete addy.  Wade
