I stood on the shore of Constance and it certainly is a large body of water, so as you say there is certainly hope that there are a few decent wrecks remaining that may one day break the surface. I did hear a Panzer III was recovered a few years ago, and several Fw 190 canopies were salvaged near the shore some years back. Interested to hear more about such possibilities if you can shed any light on the subject.
