Apologies for the late reply. I'm a bit suprised there hasn't been any response to your post by more learned colleagues. I had a look at my own copy of Dora Pt 2 and I think you are correct. The photo appears to show a D-11 with a straight upper cowl and enlarged intake. In addition the Shape and colour of the '2' appear to match the photo in Dora Pt 2. If this assumption is correct, this photo is significant as it shows the other side of Red 2 compared to published photos. Hopefully someone can post a high -res photo to supply more detail.
