Hello Steve
nothing to add to thenelm’s message on Kleimeier on Oblt Behr according to Shores’ Malta: The Spitfire Year 1942 p. 400: 3Z+GR flown by Oblt Erich Behr, the StaKa of 7 Staffel, who was reported lost with his crew. HTH Juha |

Re: Losses over Malta on 5.july 1942
I am grateful for the help I received in this forum. The book I was working on as a co-author has been published by Helios Verlag in Germany. "Der Rest wurde am Boden zerstört" by Johannes Buchmann is a first-hand memoir about aspects of the air war in the Mediterranean and about Buchmann's escape from a Soviet POW camp in Austria. An American newspaper wrote Buchmann before the publishing of the book http://www.countytimes.com/articles/...c689186204.txt
