If not one of Do 17 R's the a/c in question could probably only be Do 17 V12 or V13 that were modified for DB 600.

Seems regular Do 17 E or F to me. That makes V12 or V13 (both modified Do 17 E's) more probable. Also flap design seems to be of E-type on a/c from Post 1 rather than R or M-type.
