I believe that there is no “archival” sources (ie: original documents) dealing with this apart from scattered individual references in the microfilms. Your next bet would be to look at Volume 1 of our newest book, “Dive-Bomber and Ground-Attack Units of the Luftwaffe”, which gleans such details from a myriad of sources including the archival. Beyond that you could try:

Rohwer, Jürgen and Gerhard Hummelchen. Chronology of the War at Sea (London: Greenhill Books, 1992). ISBN: 1591141192 - which indicates ships sunk by aircraft and sometimes mentions the unit.
Or:
Nauroth, Holger. Stukageschwader 2 Immelmann (Preussisch Oldendorf: Verlag K.W. Schutz, 1988). ISBN: 3-87725-123-4 – based largely on veteran’s knowledge.

Re: Struzkampfgeschwader 2 and ships

Michal,

- no ships were sunk in September 1939 by 'stukas' from St.G.2
- http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=16668 and http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=121871
- during Battle of Crete St.G.2 at least sunk: destroyers GREYHOUND (also Ju.88 from LG.1 involved), HEREWARD, JUNO (sometimes claimed by Italian Cant Z.1007 - most probably JUNO fell victim to both groups), KELLY, KASHMIR and cruiser GLOUCESTER. Also damaged: aircraft carrier FORMIDABLE, battleship WARSPITE, cruisers AJAX, DIDO, ORION and destroyer NUBIAN

Also have a look at:
- in google.books 'Junkers Ju 87 Stukageschwader of North Africa and the Mediterranean', 'Junkers Ju 87: Stukageschwader 1937-41‎' and 'Hitler's Stuka Squadrons‎'
There might be several useful information for you.

Hope it helps!
Andrzej
