Messerschmitt Bf 110 V9 GK+AS
Maybe this has been discussed earlier, if so please forgive me.
In the Mankau/Petrick book on the Me 110/210/410 there is a picture of an Me 110 with a modified cockpit similar to that of Me 210. It is described as Bf 110 B-1/V-9 engined with Jumo 210 and Stkz. GK+AS, located at Brandenburg/Briest as late as 2/1944. Is there anything more known about this plane, eg. performance, purpose of the different cockpit (training?) and carreer? I can post a picture if necessary. Thanx in advance Robert P.S. Ruy, the new message editor is great ![]() |
