Loss lists Stukageschwader
Hi,
I’m looking for loss list of StG. 1, 2, 3 and 77. I didn’t find any online. Are there website with this information? Or can someone recommend any books that contain the loss list per unit? Kind Regards, Thomas

Re: Loss lists Stukageschwader
There is a list for III./StG 1 in Mahlke’s book but what period are you after as any list/lists would be substantial and I am not aware of any online source or other books

Re: Loss lists Stukageschwader
Hallo Thomas,
You can find a loss list of St.G. 2 in the unit history written by Marc Hazard published by Éditions Lela Presse, France. The history is spread over two volumes. Next I have another about I./St.G. 76 and I./St.G. 3. There is not a loss list on it’s own, they are mentioned in the text of the missions during the Polish, French campaignn and the first phase of the BoB. The authors are Hans Peter Eisenbach and Carolus Dauselt, pubished by Helios and easy to find online at Christian Schmidt Verlag in Germany. As also the following one, written only by Hans Peter Eisenbach about the missions of I./SG 3 during march 1944 in the east during close support to Heeresgruppe Nord at the Pantherlinie. There is a small loss list at the end from january to mai 1944. But you can always check the digitized loss lists at the BA website. You can find more information about this in a seperate item folder at this forum: GQM Verluste und unfälle. Hope this helps a little bit. Kind regards en groetjes, Dirk |

Re: Loss lists Stukageschwader
Thank you all for replying!
@ Chris, well maybe I'm spoiled, but the Kampfgeschwader books from the 80's on KG4, 51, 53, 55 (Gundelach, Dierich, Kiehl) all have loss lists in the back. I was hoping to also find this in books concerning the Stuka units. Not looking for a certain period. @ Dirk. Thank you for all the options. I have the books by Hans Peter Eisenbach and Carolus Dauselt and recently added the book from Nauroth (St.G. 2) to my library, but that one doesn't have a loss list. I didn't buy the books from Hazard yet, because my French isn't that good, but may get them anyways. I will also check out the BA Website. @ Dmitry, thank you for that interesting link. Kind regards, Thomas

Re: Loss lists Stukageschwader
Trouble is with the KG books, the lists varied in quality. KG 4 for example is incomplete and didn’t include aircraft details
