translation from old German handwritting PLS

Hi all,
I would like to ask you for a help in "translation" fro old German handwritting.
I tried to decipher it using a tavble but was not succesfull in getting any reasonable meaning.
OBLt. as a rank is obvious but the surname of pilot not. Anyone can help please? I am adding thice the same for higher chance to succeed.
