Help with old German language - translation (please)

Please, do need some help in deciphering from old German language what is inscribed behind a picture.

From what I managed to read/obtain:

“Meinen einmaligen Kommandanten, Herrn Oberstleutnant Von Aken in XXX ?? übberracht. Pori, XXX ??, 1943. Hanke (or Hauke ?), Hptm (?).”

Is someone able to identify the other words I had not managed to find out, please?
