Pitcairn Aircraft Factory was located in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania (USA).
Pennsylvania is known as the Keystone State (the emblem on your original photo is a Keystone). It might be the Pitcairn aircraft logo or an aircraft owned/used by Pennsylvania.
