Bomb group collecting LW equipment?
I invite Luftwaffe researchers to view this web site and note the second paragraph.
http://320thbg.org/history_germany.html Perhaps an inquiry would be in order. Regards, Ed |

Re: Bomb group collecting LW equipment?
Yes, Ed intesting text, we know the diverses nazi's and army daggers fabrications was continued in 1945 and during the end of war for the GI, differents tools for rebuilds German's helmets make a travel to the states ...
In Same time french Army in Obendorf rebuild differents Luger P08 especially for officers with old new parts found in DWM factory, that's explain we can see obsoletes long barell modell "Artillery" building in 1945 ! But, real dammage, in french revue The Fana de l'aviation N°392 july 2002, we know one enormous collecttion of german's planes and rares motors was destroyed like junk and put under the ground in Freeman Field in USA circa 1947 when functionnement credits for Lw Muséum are stopped (Me 262, He 162, Ar264, V1,V2 etc ...). One Association in USA "Blue Sky" try to save the material ... Best Regards, Dan
