Another (non BoB?) Me109

I have bought another 109 plate, supposedly a "Ragensburg" 109.
Plaque details are :
Messerschmitt AG
???h-Nr 109 657-002
Werk Nr 10912 3006/46
Hersteller Manufacrurere (?) bop - whoever this is

Photo is attached, can anywone shed any further light on this plate please?
