Lutzow's Crash Site

Seeing the post about Lang's crash site reminded me Lutzow.

Do you know of any details regarding the past research made to find the crash site of Gunther Lutzow? Some years ago, I talked to Kurt Braatz (author of Lutzow book), who mentioned a research made in 1970s which ended up with nothing. It is unbelievable that his body has not been found. He is still somewhere there.
